These Services may be availed by the User in India or outside India at any time during the year as offered by various third-party vendors like airlines, hotels, bus operators, etc. ("Service Providers" or "Vendors"). The website is also for your education and information and is also used by us to obtain feedback to provide information and services concerning the leisure industry.

To become able to use the Trip Inventor, you must complete in full application form on the Website. As part of the application, you will be asked to provide us with a Username and Password. This username and password will be used by you when using our services.

Trip Inventor does not charge any fees for browsing. Trip Inventor is ONLY a ticketing/booking agent for various types of services. For example, Trip Inventor does not operate bus services or run flights of its own, etc. To provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators or flights etc, departure times, and prices to customers, it has tied up with many Vendors. Trip Inventor's advice to customers is to choose the Vendor they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with. Trip Inventor is not liable for any Discrepancy / Deficiency in service by the Service Providers / Vendors of any service type.
Users can create free membership accounts on Trip Inventor for service booking. From time to time, Trip Inventor at its sole discretion will add new services, change existing services, and remove some services as well.
Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
Users shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws for making payments to Trip Inventor. GST Credit (if applicable) will be provided directly by the Vendor to the User and Trip Inventor will not be responsible for non-receivable of the same.
While Trip Inventor strives for quality products and services with accurate pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event the Service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect service information due to an error, Trip Inventor may at its discretion contact the User for instructions or cancel the User's booking and notify the User of such Cancel.
Trip Inventor will have the right to rectify the price of the Service and contact User for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by User at the time of registration, or cancel the booking and notify User of such cancellation. If Trip Inventor cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to the User’s account from which the payment was made.
Trip Inventor Supports various Payment Methods like Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex, Dinners, etc), Internet Banking (around 100 Indian Banks), Wallets, etc through an online payment gateway system. Trip Inventor and the associated one or more payment gateway make a full effort to fulfill information security requirements and use the latest encryption technology to protect and safeguard the User's Payment Methods and their details.
All Payments for services purchased via Trip Inventor by all types of users (travelers agents or any other type) have to be pre-paid. In case the credit is extended/provided to any type of user, then it needs to be paid within the next working day. If the user misses his payment timelines, then Trip Inventor has the right to cancel the purchased service or any other purchased services of the same user or its sister concerns to recover the money and penalty amount decided by Trip Inventor (up to 100% of the default amount).
The company also reserves the right to charge a 1% per day penalty interest for overdue, the same will be charged after reminders and notifications.
Please note that Trip Inventor cannot control any fees or conversion rates that may be charged to Users by their Banks or Financial Institutions related to such a transaction and Trip Inventor disclaims all liabilities in this regard.
There are three types of Trip Inventor Special Fares:
Reschedule requests need to reach Trip Inventor at least 36 hours for domestic flights and 72 hours for international flights before the original departure time. If the request does not come in this timeframe, then normal Airlines and Trip Inventor Travel Reschedule charges will be charged. However, Customers can also directly work with the airlines when the departure time is less than the above-mentioned timeframe. Any charges imposed by the airlines in this regard will need to be borne by the customer itself.
Exact flight details of the new flight need to be provided for rescheduling requests - Only one option will be handled for rescheduling requests.
Trip Inventor Travel takes 4 to 8 hours to respond during working hours for re-scheduled requests and is dependent on seat availability and airline response. In case the airline does not provide a timely or no response, Trip Inventor Travel cannot be held responsible for the same.
Trip Inventor may charge certain service fees for the service rendered.

Airlines & Trip Inventor Cancellation Charges will be charged at 50% E.g. if the Airlines cancellation charges are Rs 3000 and Trip Inventor Charges Rs 499, then on this flight, the Airlines Cancellation Charges will be Rs 1500 and Trip Inventor Charges as Rs 249. All Cancellation requests need to reach Trip Inventor 36 hours on domestic flights and 72 hours on international flights before the original departure time. If the request does not come in this timeframe, then normal Airlines and Trip Inventor Cancellation charges will be charged. However, Customers can also directly work with the airlines when the departure time is less than the above-mentioned timeframe. Any charges imposed by the airlines in this regard will need to be borne by the customer itself.
Free Meal is supposed to be provided by the airlines. However, if for any reason, airlines do not provide the Free MEAL, no compensation will be provided by Trip Inventor. MEAL Selection needs to be done by the customer on the airline’s website. Trip Inventor will not choose any MEAL type on the customer's behalf.
Cancellation requests need to reach Trip Inventor at least 36 hours for domestic flights and 72 hours for international flights before the original departure time. If the request does not come in this timeframe, then normal/standard Airlines and Trip Inventor Cancellation charges will be charged.
